Nori is a heart-warming picture book written in lyrical rhyme that will be cherished by children, ocean lovers, teachers and parents.

Nori is a seahorse that was born with something very unique and special… a unicorn horn! She absolutely loves it, but she never quite feels like she is good at anything, as her horn always gets in the way. As Nori tries desperately to be like her friends who excel at basketball and gymnastics, she learns a very important lesson about being true to yourself.

Nori the seahorse was not like the others,
as she didn’t quite look like her sisters or brothers.
For there on her head, since the day she was born,
sat a truly magnificent unicorn horn.

She was proud of her horn, and it gave her delight:
A spiral of colors! A beautiful sight!
But no matter the great deal of joy it would bring,
she was desperately trying to master one thing.
